““I got my power back””

Hello everyone or anyone who reads this.
I was just about to give up, I'd had enough of people telling me what to do and telling me the same excuses why they didn't want to buy.
Frankly, I just had no idea what I was doing wrong. My sales manager told me to be more forceful, but I didn't like that and that just seemed to piss people off.
